Artist That Allow is a website that is built on sheer love!  Love for art and love for paintshoppro.  As many of you know, being artist or art lovers, the desire to create is tremendous!  As artist, the urges to create take over and your creations come flowing out with tons of love!  As art lovers, you seek to admire, collect and attempt to create art of your own.
As a ©PaintShopPro user, you receive that very desire very strongly.  But many PSP users are not able to draw, unlike the other artist.  PSP users rely on others art to decorate and embellish, to add their personal touches to artwork. 

While we do not want to recreate the artist work, sell it, or misuse it.  There is still an urge to 'fiddle' with the images.  It is all in fun, and for creation.  We celebrate the artist here at ATA, and we celebrate the PSP user as well.  If you are a graphic lover, and desire to make
'sigtags', or 'outlook stationary' for your personal use...you are
